Certificates obtained

ASINED has successfully implemented the SMC ISO 9001:2000 through the certification body TÜV Thüringen in July 2007.   In 2008 our company has implemented an integrated system and certified by RINA body for:

• Environment SR EN 14001:2005
• Occupational health and safety 18001:2004
• Information security ISO IEC 17799:2005
• ISO / TS 16949:2002

 ASINED holds a certificate released by the Romanian Railway Authority, to produce the necessary components to manufacture railway sleepers.

Technical capability

The technical capacity allows us the execution of textile raw materials form stage 1 to the final shape 100% conform to the client request and volume needed. The products can also be branded in house.

For Injected plastic items, we can make any item weighing up to 300 grams. The mold can be done with the beneficiary or if a new product is we can provide the mold on a firm order basis.

Staff

Human factors and qualifications play an important role in the production process and subsequently in the success of our products. Thus the management training and for the production staff is provided through courses organized within the company and / or the courses available on the market.

Environment

The environmental policy priorities adopted in the production flow are:

• minimize waste from production processes through their introduction of new manufacturing processes;
• Involving the whole staff for the efficient use of raw materials and natural resources;
• Collection and recycling calculate and monitor their disposal.
